Jesus is the ultimate example of servant-leadership. In just one example in the New Testament, we observe the annointed King, the eternal Son of God, the blessed Lord washing the feet of His disciples - a task reserved for the lowest of the low. In this story Jesus gives us a humble example of servant-leadership to follow.

Saved people serve people

MissionServe is an essential ministry of Mission Community Church as we strive to be the hands and feet of Jesus in this local community. Current partnerships and serving opportunities include The Bridge Academy & Community Center (Coatesville, PA), Camp at Old Mill (Honey Brook, PA), East Ward Elementary School (Downingtown, PA) and others. Serving the community is a great way to grow in your relationship with others and in your personal relationship with God.

A Night At The Bridge

The Bridge Academy & Community Center (BACC) exists to help equip students and families with the tools necessary for academic achievement, life skills, creative expression, spiritual growth, and leadership. Mission is excited to come alongside the BACC for their Wednesday evening programming throughout the school year. On the third Wednesdays of each month, teams of 5-8 from Mission will show-up at the BACC, hang out with about 15 students in grades 3-5, and provide a craft and dinner for those in attendance. This is a great opportunity to see how the BACC is impacting the students and families in of Coatesville with the gospel!

We've reached our goal!

Mission is partnering with Chester County Women's Services (CCWS) to "dress-up" their newly leased space in downtown West Chester. This key location (located on Market Street next to the Chester County Courthouse) allows for greater potential impact and influence in the accomplishment of CCWS' mission. The Conference Room is a space for meetings and education classes that has the potential for great impact as CCWS carries out its mission of equipping and empowering individuals and their families to make life affirming choices. We reached our fundraising goal of $3,500 inorder for CCWS to dress-up their new Parenting Conference Room. And yes, there's still time to donate!
