In light of a global pandemic, Mission Community Church has been leveraging technology to connect with people digitally. This has led to the incredible opportunity and responsibility to get the message of the gospel not just to our immediate community but also to the world. We are recruiting people to join our production team.
The purpose of the production team is to create excellent, distraction-free experiences that enhance encounters with God during digital and physical gatherings. This team serves diligently behind the scenes to support our teams and pastors who serve on the platform in any capacity of song, message, or video. With our serving, guests are able to hear the truths of God’s Word and experience God in a unified worship environment, whether present or via Livestream.

PRODUCTION TEAM ROLES
Audio Engineer • Mix audio for digital and physical gatherings and assist with other audio needs, including set-up and tear-down of audio equipment
Camera Operator • Assists in the video requirements for digital and physical gatherings by operating cameras for live stream
Camera Switcher • Switches between cameras and other video sources under the leadership of the production leader
Slide Operator • Assists and executes in the presentation of graphics, lyrics, and sermon content for digital and physical gatherings
